The hotels in Ireland were
built mainly in the last 10 years and they are all on the highest international
standards.
The
smaller B&B and Guesthouses are private houses renting from 2 to 8 rooms and
they offer only breakfast. Many of them get awards every year for their
excellent food, accommodation and the hospitality. Their breakfast is unbeatable
with fresh fruit, homemade bread and jam and much more.
Irish breakfast is very rich with different kinds of bread, cornflakes/muesli,
coffee/tea, milk, fresh orange juice, jam, eggs prepared in varies ways,
sausages and bacon.

big hotels offer all comfort for a complete holiday stay. Internet access is
also available in the B&B, mainly by the owner.

The b&b Killyon is a nice
6-room guesthouse near to the river Boyne just a bit outside of Navan.
All rooms have all comfort, are different between them and very
comfortable. The house was awarded several times for the great breakfast
and the good prices. You can find it in the Michelin - guide. Children
up to 5 years are free. € 10.00 more for a single room. 40 minutes from
Dublin, airport. All places of interest nearby, bus station in front of
the house.

outside and the high rooms inside it seems to be an English
country-estate- just in the center of Dublin. In a quiet

Street. It has wonderful nice rooms, spacey shower, bathroom,
TV, coffee/tea facilities and hairdryer. in all 12 rooms.
Parking place available. Breakfast is typical Irish, rich and
with all you need to be out a whole day in Dublin. Single rooms
cost € 30.00 more. Bars, pubs and restaurants are nearby. The
Glenogra Guesthouse one of the best in its category.

Clifden Guesthouse is just
a 2 minutes walk from Temple-Bar, Grafton and O'Connell Street
in a quiet side street. The small old house has its rooms on two
floors, no elevator available. All the rooms have shower,
bathroom, telephone, TV and coffee/tea facilities. The small
lounge is very comfortable and has a great range of books in all
languages near to the open fireplace. In breakfast room you get
a rich, typical Irish breakfast. Behind the house there is a big
parking place. In the night there is a night-porter. Hairdryer,
adapter, charger for the mobile (Nokia) one can get after
leaving a deposit. In the entrance-hall are lots of brochures
about Dublin and surroundings. |

The beautiful
Aishling House is one of the best 3***- houses only a few bus
minutes of Dublin center, Grafton and O' Connell Street and
Temple-Bar. It looks like a English country estate from outside
but the rooms are modern and with all comfort for a perfect city
stay: TV, telephone, coffee/tea facilities, radio. Every room is
different to the others and has its own charm. In the dining
room you get a great breakfast on a buffet. Fresh orange juice
and fruits, cereals, eggs, bread, jam and - if you like - also
fish is available every morning. In the garden there is space
for children and the possibility for a barbecue. Parking space
